Vanilla Vinegar Rolls

Add a teaspoon of vinegar to your favorite Christmas rolls, and you will feel the difference.
It gives the dough elasticity, and thanks to that, it is excellent to work with.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup ground nuts
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup baking fat
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
Method:
- Add nuts, sugar, egg yolks, fat, salt, and vinegar to the flour and mix the dough.
- Let the dough harden in the cold.
- Mix the chilled dough, shape it into a long, narrow roll, and cut it into small pieces to shape into rolls.
- Place the rolls side by side on a greased baking sheet and let them harden again.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 8 minutes.
- Roll the still-hot rolls in icing sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
- Enjoy it!
