Unbaked coconut balls

Who does not know the famous candies with delicious cream and almonds decorated with grated coconut? Make your homemade version of them!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate
- 1/2 cup of vanilla wafers (Nila wafers recommended)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup peeled almonds
- grated coconut for coating
Method:
- Pour the cream into a small saucepan and heat it over low heat.
- Add the white chocolate, broken into pieces.
- Melt the chocolate while stirring constantly to get a smooth cream.
- Set aside and let cool to room temperature first, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- After the necessary time, mix the vanilla wafers with the white chocolate mixture.
- Use a spoon to scoop out pieces of the mixture and place a peeled almond in the center.
- Use your hands to shape into a ball.
- Continue in the same way until you have processed all the dough.
- Finally, wrap each Rafaelo ball in shredded coconut and place it in paper cups.
- Store in a cool place.

Christmas balls with nuts, as you have never known them. Enjoy baked and unbaked versions!
