Traditional Scottish Shortbread fingers

In other words, shortbread is a very popular Scottish Christmas food that should not be missing from your table. It is very good and very simple, and in addition to rice flour, it also contains classic wheat flour.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of butter
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup of rice flour
- pinch of salt
Method:
- Rub the butter with sugar, add both flour and salt and mix everything thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 320°F, take the baking sheet out of the refrigerator, pierce the surface of the dough with a fork, and sugar with 4 spoons of sugar.
- Bake for 20 minutes; after cooling, cut into small slices.
