Traditional Christmas carp fried in triple wrap

Carp for Christmas is a tradition that is still maintained in many families. For this, it is certainly necessary that the people in question like this fish. As they say, there is beauty in simplicity. This recipe is absolutely simple.
Ingredients:
- carp horseshoes or half-horseshoes
- salt
- minced garlic
- flour
- egg
- breadcrumbs
- lemon
Method:
- Sprinkle the carp portions with lemon and let them rest for at least an hour.
- Then salt them thoroughly and rub crushed garlic into them.
- Cover in smooth flour, beaten egg with salt and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in medium-heated fat for about 6 minutes on each side (depends on the thickness of the meat).
- Finally, drain on a napkin.
