Tiny Cottage cheese Coconut Buns

These buns are incredibly delicious and perfect for any occasion.
The combination of cottage cheese and coconut gives them a rich and satisfying flavor that is simply irresistible.
They’re easy to make and always a hit with friends and family.

What will you need?
- 1 cup of grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons of soft cheese (Cottage Cheese, Philadelphia or similar)
- 4 egg whites
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
Method:
- Put the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a bowl and beat them until stiff peaks form.
- The right consistency is such that when you turn the bowl upside down, the snow holds in it.
- Put cottage cheese, flour, vanilla sugar, and coconut in another bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Gradually start adding solid snow to the curd mixture, one spoon at a time, and mix only lightly and as carefully as possible.
- Prepare a tray with baking paper. Use a spoon to form small piles on the tray, which we shape like coconuts.
- Place in an oven preheated to 300°F and bake until pink. Allow the coconuts to cool after baking.
It is ideal to cool them in the fridge and then serve them with coffee or just for a bite, for example, after Christmas dinner.
