Experience the full flavor of eggnog by allowing it to mature, or savor it instantly with recipes that cater to your immediate cravings.

Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup brandy or bourbon
- 1/3 cup rum
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks for garnish
Method:
- Place the eggs and maple syrup in a high-powered food processor and blend for 3 minutes on high speed.
- Add the milk, cream, brandy, rum and nutmeg.
- Blend for another 10 seconds to combine.
- Pour the eggnog into a glass, seal it, and refrigerate until chilled.
- Stir the egg cognac before pouring.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks or sprinkle with cinnamon.
