These unbaked balls of the popular lotus are a great combination of flavors you must fall in love with. In addition, they are covered in melted chocolate, which creates an incredibly indulgent experience. The best part is that you only need a few ingredients to make them!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Lotus biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup Lotus biscoff cookies, blended into crumbs
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2/3 cup chocolate, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, melted (optional)
Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium-size bowl, combine the Lotus spread, the Lotus cookie crumbs, and the cream cheese.
- Blend until smooth.
- Form 8-10 balls.
- Add to a baking sheet and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm up, or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave after 30 seconds.
- Or melt the chocolate in a water bath on the stove.
- Dip each hardened ball into the melted chocolate, covering all sides.
- You can add coconut oil to the chocolate to make the chocolate smoother.
- Place back in the freezer for another 10 minutes to set the chocolate, or in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
