Snow globes filled with chocolate

Christmas cookies do not have to be filled with cream; plain chocolate is enough.
You will need:
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- a little salt
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup of chocolate
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Preparation process:
- First, finely grate or grind the chocolate with the pecans.
- Cream the room-temperature butter with the sugar until light and creamy in a large bowl.
- Add the salt and vanilla extract and continue mixing until combined.
- Start gradually adding the flour along with the nuts.
- Form a stiff dough from the mixture and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 356 degrees and line the trays with baking paper.
- Take a piece of dough, put a piece of chocolate in it, and wrap it so that the chocolate is inside.
- Place the candy on a baking sheet and bake at 356 degrees for about 12-13 minutes.
- Once the buns are done, let them cool for about 5 minutes.
- Pour half a cup of powdered sugar into a bowl and roll the buns.
- Finally, let them cool completely and store them in a cool, dark place.
