Smooth Chocolate Balls

Chocolate balls are the perfect treat to complement a special Christmas board.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Method
- Chop a bar of dark chocolate in a bowl and then melt it in the microwave or over a water bath.
- Add the condensed milk to the chocolate and stir until well combined.
- Let the mixture harden in the freezer for half an hour.
- Take the dough out of the freezer and start forming small balls with your hands and placing them on the baking paper.
- Roll the chocolate balls in cocoa powder and put them in the fridge to cool for half an hour.
