Sausages in batter with mustard dip

We have good news for meat lovers. We haven’t forgotten about you! While the breaded buns may be a little old, some of you will still find something you like. And with this amazing dip, it will be worth it!
Ingredients:
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 6-8 sausages (depending on size)
- ½ cup Dijon mustard
- 1 spoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons bourbon (you can substitute cider)
- egg for brushing
Method:
- Roll out the puff pastry, divide it into 12 pieces, and wrap half a sausage in each piece. If the sausages are longer, feel free to divide them into thirds.
- Then, brush them with beaten egg and bake according to the instructions on the puff pastry packaging. (some are baked at a lower temperature, some at a higher temperature).
- In the meantime, grab a dip. Mix mustard with honey and bourbon (or cider), and you’re done.
- Serve the dip together with the sausages for dipping.
