Sandwiches with beetroot cream

Beetroot is coming more and more to the fore and is becoming a popular food in savory and sweet cuisines.
Try this perfect recipe from the Christmas appetizer category and see that you can’t fault it.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of boiled beetroot
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 cup of cottage cheese (semi-fat)
• salt pepper
• salty crackers or rolls cut into rounds

For decoration:

• sour cream
• Walnut

Method:

• Cut the beetroot into cubes and throw it into the blender with the pressed garlic.
• Blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
• Add a tub of cottage cheese, salt, and pepper to taste, and continue mixing until smooth and fluffy.
• Stuff the cream into a pastry bag and decorate the canapés with it.
• We recommend drizzling with whipped sour cream and putting a walnut on top as a decoration.
