Sandwiches with beetroot cream

Beetroot is coming more and more to the fore and is becoming a popular food in savory and sweet cuisines.
Try this perfect recipe from the Christmas appetizer category and see that you can’t fault it.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of boiled beetroot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cup of cottage cheese (semi-fat)
- salt pepper
- salty crackers or rolls cut into rounds
For decoration:
- sour cream
- Walnut
Method:
- Cut the beetroot into cubes and throw it into the blender with the pressed garlic.
- Blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Add a tub of cottage cheese, salt, and pepper to taste, and continue mixing until smooth and fluffy.
- Stuff the cream into a pastry bag and decorate the canapés with it.
- We recommend drizzling with whipped sour cream and putting a walnut on top as a decoration.
