Ingredients for the dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pack of dry yeast
- salt (1 teaspoon)
- 2 cups of lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
For the spread you will need:
- 2 avocados
- 3 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- a few drops of lemon juice
- a pinch of salt and a pinch of spices
Don’t forget to prepare for decoration:
- slices of smoked salmon (approx. 10 oz)
- a little dill
How to proceed during preparation
- First prepare the dough. Mix flour with yeast and salt. Add water, oil and knead the dough by hand until smooth.
- Lightly dust the prepared dough with flour, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the spread. Peel the avocados and cut them into small cubes. Place in a bowl. Add diced onion, mustard, honey and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- When the dough has risen, divide it into 10 parts. Shape each part into a ball, place it on baking paper on a baking sheet.
- Place the prepared balls in a preheated oven at 350°F and bake for about 35 minutes.
- When the baked balls have cooled, cut them lengthwise and spread a spoonful of spread on them.
- Decorate the top with a slice of salmon and a sprig of dill.
