Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat buckwheat flour
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 bag of cane sugar (equivalent to 1 cup)
- 2 bags of baking powder (equivalent to 4 tsp)
- pinch of salt
What will you need for the spread?
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- 8 oz of smoked salmon
How to do it:
- Stir the egg into the milk.
- Next, in a bowl, make a mixture of flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Mix the milk with the loose contents, and at the very end, stir in the almost-cooled melted butter.
- Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
- Heat a pan coated with oil. On it, make small fritters from the dough.
- Decorate the finished fritters with a spoonful of melted cheese and a piece of smoked salmon.
