Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of butter or vegetable shortening
- 1/3 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of almond flour (ground almonds)
- icing sugar and vanilla sugar for coating.
Preparation process:
- Sift the flour and icing sugar into a bowl, add the vegetable fat and almond flour, and make a smooth dough.
- Then, cover it with food foil and rest it in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Then we roll out the dough, tear off pieces, and form rolls of the same size, which we place on a baking sheet lined with paper.
- Place in an oven preheated to 320°F and bake until golden for about 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the type of oven.
- As soon as we take the rolls out of the oven while they are still hot, we coat them in a mixture of powdered and vanilla sugar.
