Marshmallow fondant

With just four ingredients, this easy Marshmallow Fondant recipe is inexpensive, easy to make, and can be used for any creative cake decorating project! Plus, it tastes great!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of marshmallows
- 4 cups of powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of margarine or shortening
METHOD
- Heat the marshmallows, water, and fat over a water bath until soft.
- Then mix everything, add sugar (preferably gradually), and mix again.
- Do not use the fondant immediately – let it harden.
- Store fondant in an airtight container at room temperature, but keep it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
