Extraordinary Christmas Coffee Cookies

Feel uninspired by the usual sweets? Embrace the innovation of coffee beans coated in coffee. This recipe is fast, easy, and flawless.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of coffee beans
- 12 packages of baking Chocolate (you can also use the fondue chocolate chips)
Method
- Pour the chocolate into a bowl and place it in a water bath. Stir the chocolate and wait until it melts.
- Sprinkle the coffee beans into the melted chocolate and coat them on all sides.
- Pour the wrapped coffee beans onto a tray that has previously been covered with baking paper, and separate the individual beans from each other with a fork.
- Place the grains prepared in this way in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once the beans have cooled and the chocolate has hardened, pour them out of the tin into a bowl or paper cups to create a slightly different coffee Christmas cookie.
If the process of separating the individual grains is tiring, you can directly place them from the chocolate bath into the paper cups to create clusters of more chocolate grains.

If you prefer a milder coffee flavor, you can use mocha coffee to create mocha-flavored Christmas cookies. The preparation process remains unchanged.
