Coconut Linzer cookies

You can bake Linzer cookies in different variations. Make its taste special with a little coconut.
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 and 1/4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
- marmalade of your choice for sticking
Method:
- In a large bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and extracts and beat once more until combined.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in another bowl, including the almond flour, coconut flour, starch, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Divide the prepared dough in half, wrap it in cling film, and refrigerate it for an hour.
- Then, roll out the dough and cut out the shapes of Linz cookies, from one half of the bottom to the other half of the top part with a hole in the middle.
- Preheat the oven to 340°F.
- Place the coconut flour Christmas cookies on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes.
- When the candy cools down, glue it together using the marmalade.
