Christmas Cookies Buttercream

This is a universal cream that you can use on any candy, depending on the ingredient you use for flavoring.
The classic one is good for Christmas tea cakes, with nuts for nut pastes, and with cocoa, for example, for coconut paste cookies.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 5 spoons of granulated sugar
Method:
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl, place it in a water bath, and beat until the mixture is thick.- Allow the butter to soften, and then beat until foamy.
- Gradually beat in the resulting egg mass in parts until the cream is beautifully smooth.
