Quick canapés with salmon and cream cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of rye crispbreads
- tube of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 lemons (juice and zest from 1.5 lemons will be needed)
- 1 large bunch of dill (chop some finely, keep some sprigs for decoration)
- ground black pepper to taste, or salt (to taste)
- 10 oz of smoked salmon
Instructions:
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, and half the zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the crusty bread on a plate or tray.
- Place a little spread on each.
- Cut the smoked salmon slices into strips, roll them up, and place them on canapés.
- You can shape it with a fork or decorate it with a sprig of dill or strands of lemon peel.
