Puffed walnut rolls with chocolate

What will we need
- 300 g semi-coarse flour
- 375 g ground walnuts
- 660 g of powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 375 g of butter
- table of chocolate for cooking
Method
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, nuts and sugar.
- Add the softened butter and knead the dough.
- Press the prepared dough into the molds for rolls.
- Place in a preheated oven at 170°C and bake until golden, about 10 – 15 minutes.
- Knock them out of the molds while still warm.
- Meanwhile, melt the cooking chocolate in a water bath and dip the completely cooled puffed walnut rolls into it.
- You can dip the tips of the rolls or the whole ones.
