Puff pastry sandwiches stuffed with sausage

Ingredients:
- 12 oz of puff pastry
- 4 sausages
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 clove of garlic
- a pinch of salt or ground pepper
- egg for brushing
- some sesame seeds for sprinkling
Recipe procedure:
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips big enough to wrap the sausage pieces.
- Mix ketchup with pressed garlic, and add salt or spices to taste.
- Place the pieces of sausage on the greased dough and wrap.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the oven on a baking sheet with baking paper.
