You have to try this recipe of puff pastry and pecans, which create a perfect combination of flavors!
And the chocolate cream is the icing on the cake!
- 1-2 packages of puff pastry
- 1 cup cooking dark chocolate
- 2 cups heavy cream (15% fat)
- hazelnuts
- Cut the puff pastry into strips and wrap them around the metal tube molds. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush them with egg and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 400°F for approximately 8 minutes.
- While the cookies are baking, prepare the cream.
- Heat the chocolate and pour the cream into it. Do not cook. Then, let it cool and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. After this time, whip the mixture into a stiff cream.
- Once the cream is ready, fill the baked tubes with it and decorate according to your taste.
