  • for a sweet option – vanilla sugar, cinnamon, nuts

Instructions:

  • To prepare the dough, roll it out on a floured surface until it’s approximately 0.1 inches thick. You can then cut it into squares using a knife.
  • Beat an egg with beer and brush it onto the dough for a salty flavor. If you prefer a sweet flavor, use milk instead of beer and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the dough.
