Pickled Christmas carp on the grill

You can also prepare a quick recipe for Christmas carp using a grill. If you have one on hand at home, give it a try. You will be surprised yourself.
Ingredients:
- horseshoes from 1 medium-sized carp
For the marinade:
- 50 ml of oil
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 4 cloves of pressed garlic
- lemon juice
- salt
- ground black pepper
Method:
- Finely chop the thyme, add pressed garlic, salt and pepper and mix with oil and lemon juice.
- Coat each horseshoe on both sides with this mixture.
- Leave to marinate in the cold for at least 2 hours.
- Then grill on a hot grill for about 4 minutes on each side
