Orange Frosting

What will you need?

• 1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons of hot water
• 3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
• Orange peel from half an orange

How to do it:

• Wash the orange thoroughly and lightly grate the peel on a fine grater, but be careful not to get the white part into it.
• Beat the egg whites with powdered sugar and orange juice. Add hot water and orange peel, and mix thoroughly.
