Nut filling for cookies

Since they are filled nuts, they need a proper filling, and there is no better and more suitable one than the walnut one.
It’s simple, quick, and bombastic in taste.
What will you need for the walnut cream?
- 1/2 cup of fresh butter
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1/2 cup of baby biscuits
- 1 teaspoon of rum
How to do it:
- Put the softened butter cut into cubes in a bowl, add the icing sugar and the egg yolk, and whisk together into a foam.
- Then sprinkle the ground walnuts, add the sponges you have previously mixed into crumbs, and sprinkle with rum (those who like a stronger taste can add more than just 1 teaspoon).
- Mix thoroughly, and you’re done. Then, you must join two walnut halves with this filling, stack them in a bowl, and let them sit in the cold.
