Mouse Shaped canapés

Please prepare some cheerful canapés for the children that look like little mice.

Remember, children often eat with their eyes first and are less likely to try something that they don’t like the look of.

By making these canapés, you are sure to make a great impression on them and score some points.

Ingredients:

• triangular processed cheese (The Laughing Cow for example)
• olives (for the nose)
• black sesame seeds for eyes
• sausage for ears
• green onion or chives for tails (can also be replaced with a thin strip of cucumber or carrot)
• baguette

Instructions:

1. Cut a roll or baguette into rounds. You can also use purchased toasted breads or wafers.
2. Put a cheese triangle on them and garnish according to your children’s taste.
3. The ears can also be replaced with ham or carrots.
4. Instead of olives, you can use lentils as the nose.
