  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of almonds
  • 1 egg white

METHOD

  • Blanch the almonds in hot water, peel, and blend.
  • Mix with sugar and egg white.
  • Knead thoroughly, wrap in cling film, and put in the fridge to harden.
