Lemon Glaze

What will you need?

• 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons of hot water

Method:

• Put the sugar in a bowl, add the lemon juice and rub.
• Then add the hot water and stir until the mixture is thick, white, and has a nice sheen.
• If the frosting is too thick, add a little boiling water to thin it out.
