What will you need?
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
Method:
- Put the sugar in a bowl, add the lemon juice and rub.
- Then add the hot water and stir until the mixture is thick, white, and has a nice sheen.
- If the frosting is too thick, add a little boiling water to thin it out.
