This horseradish delicacy is a big competitor to other spreads.
The best thing about horseradish spreads is that they’re versatile enough to be used on sandwiches, canapés, or even as a sauce for meat.
And if you want to add some extra flavor, you can try making a simple chive horseradish spread!
It’s a delicious treat that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
Method
- Prepare all the ingredients and wash and drain the horseradish.
- Wash the chives and chop them finely.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- You can serve the spread immediately, or you can put it in the fridge and serve it cold.
- The spread prepared this way can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
