Healthy Horseradish Dill Cottage Cheese Dip

Cottage cheese, horseradish, and dill come together to make an easy, protein-packed dip that is not only healthy but packed with flavor.
Try this delicious yet healthy dip!
Ingredients
- 16 oz whole milk
- 1 small package of cottage cheese (or any similar cheese)
- 3 tablespoons of prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon of dried dill
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- a pinch of coarse black pepper
Method
- Prepare a medium-sized bowl and put all the ingredients in it. Mix until everything is combined.
- Let the mixture rest for at least 1 hour before serving.
- You can spread the spread on bread or eat it with veggies, sticks, or crackers.
