Healthy canapés with salmon and olives

Canapés are a great snack option, and you can make them healthy by using salmon and olives.
There you have it, a healthy and tasty snack that you can easily prepare in no time.
Ingredients:
- 12 toasted slices of baguette on wheels
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- 12 stuffed olives (Manzanilla for example)
- 12 slices of cucumber
- 12 thin strips of smoked salmon (long enough to wrap an olive in)
Preparation:
- Spread cream cheese on each toasted baguette wheel.
- Wrap each olive with a slice of salmon.
- Place one slice of cucumber on each baguette wheel.
- Place one salmon-wrapped olive on top of the cucumber.
- Secure against falling with a wooden toothpick, and you can proudly serve or eat immediately.
