Healthy canapés with salmon and olives

Canapés are a great snack option, and you can make them healthy by using salmon and olives.

There you have it, a healthy and tasty snack that you can easily prepare in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 12 toasted slices of baguette on wheels
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 12 stuffed olives (Manzanilla for example)
  • 12 slices of cucumber
  • 12 thin strips of smoked salmon (long enough to wrap an olive in)

Preparation:

  1. Spread cream cheese on each toasted baguette wheel.
  2. Wrap each olive with a slice of salmon.
  3. Place one slice of cucumber on each baguette wheel.
  4. Place one salmon-wrapped olive on top of the cucumber.
  5. Secure against falling with a wooden toothpick, and you can proudly serve or eat immediately.
