Grain rice flour Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of whole-grain rice flour
- 1 and ½ spoons of cocoa
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of cooking chocolate
- ½ package of vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cane sugar
Method:
- Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully add the egg yolks and flour and melt; cool the butter.
- Work the dough that you press into the molds.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 380°F.
- Dip the cooled cookies in chocolate.
