Festive carp on blue for the Christmas table

Boiled carp can also be very pleasing. And not only when you’re looking for a diet version.
Ingredients:
- 4 carp horseshoes
- 100 g of parsley
- 200 g of carrots
- 100 g of celery
- 1 onion
- 2 balls of allspice
- 2 balls of black pepper
- 100 ml of white wine
- 60 ml of apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt
Method:
- Cut the root vegetables into strips, as well as the onion.
- Put in a pot together with approx. 600 ml of water, spices, salt, wine, vinegar and lemon and let it boil.
- After 10 minutes of cooking, add horseshoe carp and cook for another 15 minutes.
- We serve the carp together with vegetables.
