Eggs Spread without Mayo

This delicious egg spread recipe is a healthy option that you can enjoy every day. Made from only wholesome ingredients with a low fat content, it’s a great addition to any meal. Serve it as a perfect finishing touch to a hearty lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 large hard-boiled eggs
- 2 large hard-boiled egg whites
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dill
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Chop hard-boiled eggs and egg whites. You can leave the eggs in larger pieces or chop them finely.
- Add the celery, green onion, Greek yogurt, parsley or dill, mustard, lemon juice, and paprika.
- Stir to combine, then add salt and pepper to taste.
