Prepare a classic and simple sugar coating for egg whites!

Ingredients

• 140-160 g caster sugar
• 2 teaspoons of starch
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice – as needed

Method

• Mix the icing sugar and egg white and then add the rest of the ingredients.
• Mix until the frosting is completely smooth.
• You can influence its density by mixing powdered sugar or lemon juice.
