Cucumber canapés with hummus

This is another great idea for a healthy Christmas appetizer. It is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and coeliacs. The good news is that this recipe is super easy and quick to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 1 salad cucumber
- ½ cup hummus
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- pepper, chili for sprinkling
- raisins
- almond slices
Method:
- Fry the raisins in a teaspoon of coconut oil, turn off the flame afterward, and sprinkle the almond slices. Roast everything in the heat for a while longer.
- Put the hummus in a pastry bag and garnish with sliced cucumber.
- Sprinkle each canapé with chili pepper and garnish with 2 raisins and 3 sliced almonds.
