Cookies Coffee Cream

We all know that when coffee is added to something, it tastes fantastic, and coffee creamer is no exception.

It is suitable not only for coffee Christmas cookies but also for chocolate or nut cookies.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup of strong coffee
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Method:

• Put the coffee in a saucepan, mix the flour, and boil it to a pulp.
• Set aside and let cool.
• Beat the butter with the sugar until foamy.
• Add the coffee grounds, mix thoroughly, and you can start gluing the cookies.
