Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2 cups cream (33% fat)
Method
- Place the required cottage cheese in a deep container and blend with an immersion blender to a smooth consistency.
- Open a can of condensed milk. And gradually, literally, spoonfuls, add to the cottage cheese, and continue to beat with an immersion blender until smooth.
- In a separate deep container, beat the required amount of cream with a mixer until fluffy, and then gradually add it to the previously obtained mixture.
- Mix thoroughly with a spoon or silicone spatula.
- Then, using a mixer, beat until smooth.
- Cover the container with the finished cream of cottage cheese, cream, and condensed milk with food film, put it in the refrigerator to cool completely, and stabilize for about an hour and a half. You can use it as you like.
