Condensed Milk Butter Cream

Try this delicious and easy condensed milk buttercream to decorate a holiday cake, pie, or cupcakes, for example.
The cream is very dense, so that you can make shapes out of it, such as flowers. The cream holds its shape even if it is not chilled.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup soft butter
- 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
- food coloring (optional)
Method
- Beat the soft butter (but not too soft) with a mixer until light and fluffy. Beat for about 7 minutes.
- Add the condensed milk and beat for a few more minutes.
- While whisking, add food coloring (optional). The mixture has a slightly yellowish color; therefore, if you would like to get a white cream, it is necessary to add white food coloring.
- Use the finished mixture for plastering and decorating cakes, pies, or cupcakes.

You can also use the cream as a filling for cookies.
