Coffee Frosting

What will you need?

• 2 egg whites
• 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
• 1 spoon of ground coffee
• 2 tablespoons of boiling water

Method:

• Put the egg whites in a bowl, add powdered sugar and lemon juice, and whisk together until smooth.
• Then, scald the coffee with boiling water, mix it into the egg white frosting, and rub until the mixture is completely smooth.
