Coconut Chocolate Rolls

Don’t want to shape the rolls by hand and want to have one piece like the other? Bake them using molds.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of finely grated coconut
  • 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • chocolate topping

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients except the chocolate frosting in a large bowl.
  2. Process by hand until everything is well combined into a homogeneous dough.
  3. Press small pieces of dough into buttered roll forms.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes.
  5. Cool the finished coconut rolls slightly, turn them out, and dip both ends into the chocolate coating.
