Christmas cookies with coconut flour

This unique candy will enchant all visitors. All you need are the cookie cutters you use for baking gingerbread and this recipe!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp liquid coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
For the frosting:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- around 1 tablespoon of water
Method:
- Whisk together the eggs, sugar, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add coconut flour and baking powder.
- Mix together until the ingredients form a ball.
- If you cannot form a ball, continue adding more coconut flour slowly.
- Put the bowl with the dough in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut out the preferred shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the coconut cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Bake until golden.
- While the cookies are cooling, prepare the frosting.
- In a bowl, beat the powdered sugar with a small amount of water.
- Gradually add a teaspoon of water until the frosting is thick but still spreadable.
- Fill a piping bag with frosting and start decorating; the frosting will harden within 10 minutes.
