Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (cubes)
- 1 3/4 cups milk chocolate (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons rum
- 1 cup dark chocolate (broken into small pieces)
- 2-3 spoons of cocoa powder
Method
- Bring the cream and butter to a boil in a small saucepan and place the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- Pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate, let sit for 1 minute, then stir until combined.
- Whisk in the rum, then chill in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
- Shape the mixture in your hands into balls, which you transfer to a baking sheet.
- Leave in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
- Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate and put the cocoa powder on a plate.
- Dip the cooled chocolate balls into the melted chocolate and coat them in cocoa.
- Place the chocolate cookies on a tray or tray lined with baking paper and place in the fridge for 1 hour to harden.
