Chocolate Cornflakes Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of corn flakes
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of oil – if you want the cookies to be more fragile

Method:

  1. Mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork, add cane sugar, eggs, or possibly oil, and mix.
  2. Add cocoa, baking powder, and flour to make a smooth dough.
  3. Work the cornflakes and chocolate into the dough.
  4. Take small pieces of the dough, roll them into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 25 minutes.
