Chocolat Peanut Surprise Balls

These peanut butter balls are so easy to make, and you only need five ingredients. They’re like truffles with a soft chocolate center, and they’re just as irresistible as peanut butter cupcakes!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
Method
- Line a large tray with baking paper.
- Beat the butter until creamy and smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and beat until combined – about 1 minute.
- Add the vanilla extract, salt, and confectioners’ sugar and beat until combined.
- Roll the dough into balls.
- Cover and refrigerate the peanut butter balls for at least 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate and butter.
- Dip the cooled balls one by one in the chocolate.
- Before serving, refrigerate the peanut butter balls for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is completely set.
