Carp baked with apples and horseradish

Ingredients needed:
- 1 kg of fresh carp
- Salt
- 100 g horseradish
- 250 g of apples
- 1 lemon
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 100 g of solidified shortening
Method:
- Cut the carp into portions, wash, salt and place in a container, then put the peeled and sliced apples mixed with the grated horseradish.
- Drizzle it with lemon juice and put it in the fridge for 5 hours.
- Melt the fat in a pan, remove individual portions of carp from the container, coat in breadcrumbs and bake on both sides in the pan.
- Towards the end, add the horseradish to the pan with the apples and juice where the carp was previously pickled and let it finish cooking together.
- Serve with boiled potatoes. Layer horseradish with apples on top of the carp on the plate.
