Caramel Cream with Condensed Milk

Caramel is a classic flavor that belongs to Christmas. Use it as a filling for Christmas cupcakes, and enjoy them even more!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
- Add sugar and beat.
- Once the mixture starts bubbling and the sugar is completely dissolved, add the condensed milk and whisk constantly until you see steam coming from the caramel (about 4 minutes), then remove from the heat.
- Add a pinch of salt and stir.
