Bounty balls or Rafaelo with chocolate coating

Visually and tastefully very interesting sweets that will be enjoyed not only by you, but also by your visitors.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of grated coconut
- 14/2 cup of condensed milk
- 5 tablespoons of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of unpeeled almonds
Glaze
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- grated coconut for sprinkling (optional)
Method:
- Blanch the almonds in boiling water and then peel them.
- Put the grated coconut and condensed milk into a food processor.
- Blend until combined.
- Add the coconut milk and blend again.
- Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and place an almond in the middle.
- Roll into a ball shape in your palms.
- Place the Rafaelo balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Place in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the chocolate frosting.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and add the coconut oil.
- Mix thoroughly and dip the coconut balls one by one into the chocolate.
- Place them on a plate and sprinkle with grated coconut.
- Leave to harden in the fridge.
