Bounty balls or Rafaelo with chocolate coating

Visually and tastefully very interesting sweets that will be enjoyed not only by you, but also by your visitors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • 14/2 cup of condensed milk
  • 5 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of unpeeled almonds

Glaze

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • grated coconut for sprinkling (optional)

Method:

  1. Blanch the almonds in boiling water and then peel them.
  2. Put the grated coconut and condensed milk into a food processor.
  3. Blend until combined.
  4. Add the coconut milk and blend again.
  5. Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and place an almond in the middle.
  6. Roll into a ball shape in your palms.
  7. Place the Rafaelo balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  8. Place in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.
  9. In the meantime, prepare the chocolate frosting.
  10. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and add the coconut oil.
  11. Mix thoroughly and dip the coconut balls one by one into the chocolate.
  12. Place them on a plate and sprinkle with grated coconut.
  13. Leave to harden in the fridge.
