Bombardino – the Italian version of the eggnog

With your own homemade eggnog, you have the power to create something truly special – a delicious bombardino, enjoyed by skiers in the stunning Dolomites.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of eggnog
- 1 cup of whipping cream
- 1/4 cup of brandy
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- cocoa powder for decoration
Method:
- Pour the cream into a bowl, and while gradually adding the sugar, beat it until stiff with an electric mixer.
- Pour the eggnog into a pot and heat over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add brandy, remove from heat, but continue to stir.
- Pour the mixture into the glasses and then apply the whipped cream with a garnish.
- Sprinkle the whipped cream with cocoa powder.
